Unfortunately we've been very disappointed with this fan. We have 3, and each of them clicks when operating. They have all been replaced once by the manufacturer and we've had the same issue with the replacements.

Works well! I installed this fan in a covered patio area. It has 3 speeds, and reverses direction with the switch on the housing. Installation instructions were clear. Operates without wobble or movement. The remote function operates well also. I may have preferred a little faster speed on the highest speed however…

We have had this fan for 3 years now. It is basically worthless as a fan. You can barely feel the wind from this fan when on its highest setting. We bought four of these, and we are frustrated to say the least. We are looking to replace all of them now with something else.

It doesn’t turn as fast as most fans. So the fastest speed may seem like it’s on medium. I did learn that the motor will last longer and built better than the average fan motor. We preferred durability, so this was the perfect fan for us.

Installed 2 fans in 2017 and they have run almost continuously since without any problems. The lowest speed moves the air without the usual “hurricane “ you get from most other fans. We really like them. Just what we needed for “off grid living.

This ceiling fan specification states that it is rated for outdoor/damp location; yet the "Brushed Nickel" finish rusted through on the metal housings in less than 2 years. If i had known that the finish wasn't rated for outdoors, i would have never purchased these.

Love my Minka Aire Java White 54” ceiling fans. I have one in the master bedroom and now one in the living room. Using fans has lowered my use of air conditioning. They are quiet fans and quite contemporary styled.
