Fan itself is awesome. Looks great, no noise whatsoever, pushes air even on lowest settings Only gripe is the manual wall control which I installed. The blue on light is WAY too bright. It lights up the whole room at night. It should have a brightness setting

Works fine but one has to be careful if you have a similar fan in an adjacent room since the remote will operate both fans.

We have a 16' ceiling in our living room and desperately needed a quality ceiling fan that can be reversed with a remote. Trust me, they are hard to find. After much internet search we found the Minka Aire concept IV from Lampsplus. It is a quality product. On the plus side it is extremely easy to install compared to the multiple fans I have installed in the past. The fan is operated by a quality remote that features optional speeds and option brightness for the ceiling light. Best of all, it features a reverse mode needed for summer and winter function. I give it five stars.

This fan is in our guest room and really updates the whole setting. Hasn't been used much, but it is quiet and easy to set.

This fan is clean looking with the 3 blades, mine is white and blends into the room. It does a lot of air, is absolutely quiet

So disappointed....the picture and title describe this as bronze. When I opened the box it is not bronze, but dark oiled or rubbed. Not at all what I expected. It is a nice fixture, but had I known it was not the light bronze as it was listed and shown I would not have bought it.

I replaced an older fan with this model. WOW. The difference was. Quiet, good lighting and good air movement. But what I was really impressed with was how easy it was to set up the smart features. Everything I wanted in a new fan. Well worth the money.

The fan is very efficient and cools the room much better than my previous fan. The only issue is that the remote controller is very sensitive and has to be held and pointed at the right spot to make the connection

This fan was an excellent choice for our pergola. Even though it gets very hot and humid in coastal North Carolina this fan works effectively and offers some relief. Highly recommend.

I had the fan professional installed, but it still wobbles and makes noise! The remote does not light up at night and the wall switch is to small and hard to read. Plus wall switch was a light that is always on! I would not recommend this fan! Remote has two buttons for light, which seem to do the same thing! I believe remote was designed for dimmable light, but package did not come with dimmable light.

I have had the fan installed (installer) ~6 weeks ago in a bedroom with dedicated power (no wall on/off switch). I have enjoyed the quietness and the amount of air that is provided at low speed. For this I give it a 5, For the user's manual and online information regarding operability and troubleshooting documentation as well as 'smart' usage required, I give the manufacturer a 2. So result is 3.5. Yesterday, we turned on the light as we have done periodically since installation. When we used the remote to turn the light off it flickered as if it was going off but stayed at the same intensity. So we had no way to turn off the light except flip circuit breaker off. The manual nor the Minka website had any troubleshooting information. I called customer service and they told me that was a symptom of the fan needing a firmware/software update (what!!!). Documentation says it is smart device capable, it doesn't say anything about having to connect the fan to wifi for setup or normal (non-smart) standard operation. Anyway, I was referred to Bond Home customer service and was told to install app on a device (tablet) connect to internet and Bond Home wifi network and start update. Update progress stalled at 26% on two tries. Don't know if it was updated or not since I had events to attend. But light did turn off on a subsequent button press (think also required fan off button). There should have been a way to resolve my issue without having to use 'smart' features. I have other 'smart' devices that indicate 'smart' option and it is not mandated for standard operation.

The fan looks great , but the fan did not work. We are waiting for a replacement control unit. Hopefully that will fix the problem although to will bee one more trip for the installer.

So quiet and all the features you could ask for. The remote is super easy to use

Very quiet, good looking fan, nice lighting. Using it outdoors in a protected area and works very well.

Sleek and modern looking. Even the electrician who installed it commented about how nice it was. Big, big improvement over the original fan from 1990.

Bought this to replace a 30 year old traditional 5-blade fan with a light kit. The new LED light is SO much brighter, I was amazed. Fan feels like it moves more air with lower speeds and make absolutely NO noise.

I would recommend. It works & looks great
