Q: How hard is it to remove the sink and spill the water? That's the biggest issue with the currrent one we have
A: For a kid to do it? They'd have to tip the whole thing over, because the basin drains very quickly so there's no water build up in the basin (just below, invisible to the kid).
submitted byJewishMom - 1 year agoA: Hi Erica M. The white sink portion lifts out easily and then the water can be poured out. There is a max fill line on the inside and the water should never go above this line. Thank you. The Battat Team

Q: my kid puts dirt in her sink, which is fine, but how do you properly clean the filter/pump?
A: Hi Mammanc1993. To clean the pump: you can remove the pump by pulling it out and then in can be snapped back in. Once pulled out, rinse the parts with clean water. Clean the toy sink, fill with clean water and run the water without cycle. Repeat until the water comes out clean. The Battat Team.
