We love the look of the chandelier in our room. It's beautiful and completes the space nicely. BUT some of the parts are cheap material and we narrowly avoided a "Phantom of the Opera" moment! The hook at the top connecting the chandelier to the ceiling was slowly opening and bending. We used all the original parts and installed according to instructions. It's only been installed for 10 months. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND SCARY!!! We were lucky we noticed and fixed it before it dropped from the ceiling. This is an expensive chandelier and we were very disappointed that the parts are cheaply made. We expected higher quality.

We ended up purchasing smaller coordinating ones from the collection for our dining and entry areas. I was glad that I stepped outside my comfort zone and took a chance. Well worth the money.
