A: They are 100% silicone. As with any production, we are not able to confirm that the factory was a 100% latex free environment, but the product itself is not a latex product but instead silicone.

I loved the idea of these, but they don’t really work that great. They are not that easy to get the inner flap situated just right to make a seal, and then when you do get that seal, it doesn’t want to break when you hit someone & it can hurt. Easiest to fill in a pool or bucket filled with water & submerge to fill. Getting them to dry out is not easy either & will mildew. Too much of a pain all around, & we ended up throwing them away.

Great for 1 year old at the pool! We packed these on vacation for the baby and she loved them. I wouldn’t use them as water balloons though. More of a pool and water table toy
