The best vegan pizza I have ever had!! And I’ve had a lot! Frozen, fresh from restaurants and homemade.. this Blackbird Supreme is so good! Would love to see them make a Detroit style crust too but this is so good ide be happy having this as my only pizza option forever.

I tried to like it
I had high hopes for this pizza. But when I read that they wanted you to cook it for only 10 minutes? 10 minutes for a frozen pizza? Well, I followed the directions and the pizza wasn’t even cooked through in the center (still cool). So I cooked it a little longer and realized the cheese turns to a doughy consistency. I do enjoy vegan options, though I am not on a strictly vegan diet, I was looking for some alternatives with protein. They definitely missed the mark. Now, granted if you are a vegan-you probably will love it. But for vegetarians and others-keep looking.

Incredible crust.
I add black olives and mushrooms, pizza seasoning and cook in a convection oven, fan on, timed for 8 minutes at 450F, let it hang out in the oven for a few minutes to soak up radiant heat. The crust is perfectly crisp and fluffy, it's nothing like typical frozen pizza dough. This tastes like fresh dough straight from the oven. I prefer the mushroom & kale pizza, but the entire blackbird line is great. I'm not sure how this pizza would bake in a standard oven; I imagine the bad reviews could be due to the type of oven used.

I dont normally leave reviews but!!
Bought from sprouts first and seen available at target. Absolutely try it! COOK AT 450 for 13 MINUTES. I was FULL off 1/3 (390kcal) The only thing I disliked is if it’s not cooked long enough, you’ll get a gummy texture or almost like a dry Alfredo on pizza crust texture. But the flavors you’d never know it’s vegan. The crust is actually better in my opinion than regular. The fresh ingredients used truly elevated the pizza. Even for a store frozen pizza. I’d buy again 100x more. Truly mind blown by the quality.

I would give this 2.5 stars. I had high hopes for this but it didn’t work for me. The crust was really nice and the sauce was pleasant, but the texture of the meat and the balance of everything else compared to it was just too much. The “meat” tasted really nasty as well.

Didnt like.
I really wanted to like this but didn’t. Edge of crust was okay, but otherwise the worst pizza I’ve had. There was no flavor and was mushy even when cooked for longer than recommended.
