Align the handy pour spout with either set of holes in the rim of the shatter-resistant glass lid to easily strain water from boiled potatoes or blanched baby peas, and rotate it to seal in heat and moisture when simmering sauces. With a rich chocolate exterior and elegant tulip shape, the saucepan offers sophisticated appeal. Its heavy-duty hard-anodized aluminum construction is twice as hard as stainless steel for lasting durability. And the saucepan's unique TOTAL® Nonstick System of raised circles and triple layer, premium quality nonstick provides long-lasting food release and easy cleanup. Oven safe to 400°F, the pan is fitted with an impact-bonded stainless steel base suitable for all stovetops, including induction. My Favorite Pan
After purchasing my new induction stove this was a must, it was hard to find a 3. 5 qt pan with the strainer lid, I use this pan more than any other one I have, and I have a lot!

Love it
We had an old circulon pot that was just perfect for popcorn. It truly was old and the costing was failing. Bought this as a replacement and so far it has been great. Perhaps it is my imagination but the coating seems much harder. So for so good.

Great size pan
There was a small chip in the outside finish of this pan but it was not worth sending back. Water boils very quickly in this pan on my new induction cooktop.

Pans For Life!
I bought this saucepan along with 4.5 quart some time ago. I have chosen circulon because long time ago I bought a pan (I don't even remember where and when, but it was more than 10 years ago) from them and it is great pan still. Now I'm ready to replace all my pats and pans with circulon. They are great. Even when you burn something it won't stick to the pan. It's is easy to clean.
