Tribest Sedona Supreme Food Dehydrator with Stainless Steel Trays – Black

We love our new dehydrator!!!!! Great quality product. Only wish the top shelf had more space. Otherwise we love how the unit works and looks!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with the Sedona Supreme, I'm glad I bought it. I love the glass door, makes it easy to check on what's drying. The dual drying isn't the most user friendly, it's taking a little getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used another brand of dehydrator for many years as I grow many tropical fruits in South Florida; I desire to preserve this produce for shipping to family and sharing with friends to have a healthy food option available; tho the unit is somewhat larger than my previous one, I have found the Sedona Supreme dehydratases evenly; I especially appreciate the wonderful timer feature and the bottom 'tray' for easy cleanup; I agree with other reviewers that the area for the top dehydrating tray has little 'head' space, but I figured out that I can move a tray of dragon fruit, mangos, bananas, etc. after a day of dehydrating as the fruits have, by then, lost some height, and the tray will easily fit in the top area; then I have another open area to place another tray of freshly cut flowers, soaked nuts, etc. in a lower area; even with the unit running 24/7 at 115 degrees for several months, I didn't have any issues! I am very pleased with my purchase and the overall quality of how it preserves my organic, home grown produce!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice product! Two stage heat feature is good for high moisture items. Noise level is low. Front doors - I looked at a couple other brands which had two, vertical hinge glass doors and read some bad reviews about alignment issues. The single glass door/bottom hinges - have had no issues. Metal racks are easy to remove/install. Top rack doesn't have much clearance to the top/interior portion of the oven so it can't be used for thick items. I also wanted a dehydrator which was not all plastic and this one, for the price, is a good compromise. Overall - nice design and fabrication and have recommended the Sedona Supreme to a couple other friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Sedona Supreme Food Dehydrator about a month ago. I got it to dehydrate things from my garden when it started producing veggies. Yesterday I finally got to try it. I dehydrated cucumbers and bananas. It was so easy to program and everything cane out wonderful. I am very happy with it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehydrator is excellent, the materials are high quality, the functions are easy to use, and it dehydrates food evenly. I bought if for dehydrating chilis, but have been drying up other fruits and veggies while the chilis are growing. The kids love the cinnamon apple chips. For the price tag I was expecting a unit that will last many years, and I think this one will definitely do so.

There are two reasons I am not giving this product a 5-star rating, one of which is not the fault of Tribest or Sedona. We simply do not fully understand how this thing works yet. I think we have to go back to the website that originally convinced us to buy this product and watch the video again. The second reason, I did not give this product a 5-star rating was because we were hoping to make Korean natto soybean cakes in the food dehydrator. However, the shelves would not support the weight of the natto cakes because they are too thin and the shelf rails are made of plastic. We did think of a workaround that may work. We would have to get a thin aluminum sleeve from a machine shop that is the thickness of the distance between the bottom shelf and the tray bottom and another aluminum sleeve with a sufficient thickness to allow an offset between the first shelf and a second shelf. Those support sleeves would sit in the middle of the device to provide support for the shelves while the natto cakes (2 on each shelf) are drying. I think that may work, but we have to become much more proficient at using this machine first.

Made some beef jerky as soon as it arrived very satisfied!!
