Q: Can the door be removed? I will use it for decorated cookies (just briefly drying the top layer of icing on a low temperature) and these do best with the for open or off.

A: We are happy to share that our stainless steel dehydrator units do not have Teflon or other nonstick coating on the interior. The entire dehydrator is also BPA-free

It’s definitely by far the best dehydrator I’ve owned. Amazing quality! Stainless steel racks. Dries faster than my previous one. My only negative is that the screen in the back that protects the fan, isn’t removable. Liquids can splash on parts behind the screen and there’s no way to clean them.

Works really great, the timer/temp set feature is really helpful especially being able to set your temp/time before hitting start, and since the design is more like an induction oven there is no need to rotate the trays they all have perfect uniform heating.

Great product and customer service
Love this dehydrator! Head and shoulders better than any other I've used but 13 months after the purchase, it stopped working. It took just one phone call and 10 days later I had a new one on my doorstep. Not everything goes perfectly and I applaud this company for standing behind it's products. Thank you Cosori!!

Have been busy using the dehydrator and am happy with it so far. My only complaint is there is no light and so i have to use a flashlight to see to tell how everything is doing and if it looks ready.

This dehydrator is a step up for me from a smaller, less powerful model. It's amazing, food dehydrates far more evenly due to the fan being located in the back. It's also quicker.
