2 Cup Glass Measuring Cup Clear - Figmint™: Borosilicate, Microwave & Dishwasher Safe, 16oz Capacity

It's such a basic necessity, and the price was right. I usually use pyrex, but what good does a meausuring cup if you can't read the print on the sides after a few runs through the dishwasher?

Pours terribly. Spout is not wide enough, or big enough. Liquid spills everywhere. Cannot pour into narrow bottles. You must pour quickly to prevent spills.

Very disappointed with this measuring cup. After just one gentle wash, all the measurement markings completely rubbed off! Now it’s basically just a regular glass cup — totally useless for accurate measuring. I expected better quality. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Measurement marks have almost completely rubbed off and I purchased it less than a year ago, I have put it in the dishwasher but there isn't a warning to not do so.

The spout on this measuring cup is very short. No matter how slowly we pour it spills. I discourage anyone from purchasing this despite the low price

The measurements on the side rub off after a few times in the dishwasher. Would not recommend unless you want to hand wash it every time.

Measurements came off after one washing

Measurement markings disappear after occasional use. Better to invest in Anchor Hocking brand. I have measuring cups that are 40 years old with all markings intact.

I put in microwave for 2 minutes, and the glass is getting a bit warm in lower section. I need to pour really slow and pay attention, as I keep spilling when pouring liquids out of the spout. I don't have this problem when using my old ones made by Pyrex, as the Pyrex spout is a bit larger, or the angle is different...not yet sure, as I just got them. Also, if anyone wants to know, this 2 cup version is a little lower and wider than the older 2 cup versions. I find this nice as far as I can stack the older cups inside this one, BUT I like them to be taller and thinner style, as easier if using them to feed older people out of them (nice to have the bigger handle to use while feeding). Am not putting in dishwasher, but am putting in microwave, several times a day, so will update later, if red lines disappear. I'm keeping them.

I like the compact design of this one versus taller options I've had in the past. I bought the 4 cup, 2 cup and 1 cup measurements. They do not nest well. It can be a struggle to pour from them without spilling, the pour design could use an update. The measurement markings are coming off after a few months use, which is unfortunate. The disgn is aesthetically pleasing but when you break it down, this isn't a set to invest in for long term use.

The level markings disappear after a wash or two. Super disappointing quality. I have never had that happen with other brands that I’ve had for years.

It worked fine, but after less than 6 months all the print wore off. I can't measure anything anymore because it's all gone. I only handwashed it and used a few times before it was a goner. I own a lot of figmint and enjoy the product line but - save your money and purchase a different measuring cup.

I would not recommend this cup to anyone. If it had not arrived broken, I probably would’ve kept it, but the cup design is nothing like Pyrex or anchor hocking. The black print on the cup, makes it difficult to read. The major thing I’m irked about is that a staff member pulled this off the shelf broken and put it into a bag. Then my husband picked it up from the store. The handle is broken. I have sent two pictures of the item with my return request and I still have to carry the darn thing back in to the store. I’d love for somebody to drive out to my house and get it. They should just forgive the item being returned. I am really annoyed. I am a good customer and will from now on look into my bags to see what the employee has placed in it. They can wait while I do it.
