This fun straw tumbler will keep kids hydrated without any fuss! You can prevent messes and spills with a cup that won't leak: the attached straw has a valve that allows easy access to water, but won't drip when the tumbler is tipped over. A screw-on lid means a secure fit, and vacuum insulation will prevent condensation from forming on the outside of the cup, in addition to keeping drinks cold. Q: Do you have to bite on the straw for the water to come out?

A: Nope. I bought a few and you just have to suck (I tried it out before giving to my 1 year old. Water comes out easily and is mostly leak proof (sometimes it'll leak but it's very little).

A: Zak does not recommend hot liquids in tumblers that use an internal straw or a valve. It can create pressure and unexpectedly release hot liquid.

A: They are made of stainless-steel, which can and does rust, generally, if water gets trapped somewhere for an extended period of time this can happen. Be sure to dry the item 100% before putting it all back together after washing to avoid this.

A: We do not recommend it, there is a chance of burning as hot builds pressure and will build enough to squirt hot liquid out of the spout sometimes.

Would give negative stars if I could!! BEWARE PARENTS!! Testing has just come out by Lead Safe Mama that Zak! Designs knowingly used Lead in their products made and sold for use by children!! We have many of these tumblers in our home and about half of them the bottom has fallen off exposing the lead. I'm mortified! Please check out the website Lead Safe Mama for the lab results or google "Zak tumbler lead" and you will find more info. Terrible! Shame on Zak Designs for misleading everyone to thinking this was a healthy option for our kids!

Favorite cups ever! Only 1 removable piece (plastic straw) which is different than every other brand with several pieces to remove, clean, and then lose. Metal inside is so easy to fully clean if milk sours and doesn’t ruin cup, silicone straw is nice for toddler, doesn’t leak if thrown, dropped, or upside down. Can’t be unscrewed by toddler but small enough for little hands to hold.

It’s actually leak proof! The stainless steel is insulated so I can put ice into my daughter’s cup and she can hold it without making her hands cold. She, like many other toddlers, likes to take big drinks and then throw it across the room. Despite that abuse, it looks pretty good with only one tiny dent at the bottom. I love that it’s easy to clean, too. This is probably the cup I reach for the most for her.

I really wanted to like this cup, but it has a major flaw. It has a lot of features I was looking for and a reputable brand.i used this for my one yr old for about four days, just using water. At the end of the day I go to wash his cup and I notice rust around the outside of the rim. I was really shocked because this is supposed to be stainless steel. I have bought another version of this cup somewhere else and it hasn't happened at all since we've used it.

Leak proof, but breaks easily

I love that it’s leak proof, that’s a must with a toddler. The bendy straw is also awesome. It’s really easy to clean. However, my kid dropped it while standing and the lid cracked so I had to throw the lid away-making it unusable now. We had it for only a few days before that happened. Also, what is the point of the band around the lid? My kid took it off and shoved it in her mouth immediately. Why make it removable?
