Entertainment Center - TV Stand Supports up to 65-inch TVs - Traditional Design with 4 Cubbies and 2 Shelves by Lavish Home (Espresso)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this together over the course of a few weeks just because I just bought a house and have been in between locations. That being said, it only took me a total of a few hours to put together. Everything is labeled super clearly and absolutely no previous handy work is needed, with the exception of knowing how to operate a screwdriver and hex key. The hex key is included in the kit, however, you will need a Philips screwdriver of your own. The directions say that it strongly recommends that 2 people put this together, but I did not have anyone help me with this and was able to put it together rather easily all by myself (female, average height & weight and not overly strong). Each piece of wood has a little sticker on it to show which number it is which made it very easy to reference the directions and see which piece went where. The directions were also laid out very clearly with helpful diagrams on where each piece was supposed to go and in which direction the screws needed to go. The only part of the directions that I was having trouble with and ended up having my dad help me with, was top part that the tv will rest on. The directions had me put the locking screws in first, and then put the top on, however, this caused the top to not be flush with the rest of the put together unit. This is because the screws lock in place and need to turn, since there are screws going into the base of the unit from the top. In the future, I'd highly suggest putting the top on, and then going underneath and putting in the screws so that they are able to lock in place correctly, rather than having to go around and figure out which ones aren't lined up. It's pretty sturdy and looks great in my living room and the holes in the back allow for the cords of the tv or dvd player, HDMI, etc. to go through and easily connect to the outlet in the wall. Overall, this was easy to put together for someone with no prior experience building anything and looks awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lavish's Home entertainment center is a nice piece of furniture. It's heavy, solid, and looks great in my TV room. It easily holds my 58" TV with room to spare on the sides. There are four compartments under the shelf and they're adjustable. Each area has a hole in the back for cords. My daughter and her husband set up the unit for me so I can't personally speak about how easy it was, so all I can say is that it took them about an hour. Looks vey nice up.
