I really like these water bottles for my toddler. I like that he can’t chew through a silicone mouthpiece like his previous water bottles and it is leak-proof when the lid is closed. However, it is still a bit hard for my 3 yo to close the lid. He can do it, but it take a bit of effort and sometimes he accidentally knocks it over trying to close the lid. But after a few month of practice he rarely knocks it over trying to close it. He really likes the water bottle, too.

Lid is way too fragile
For the price they break way too easily. This is the second Owala I’ve bought and accidentally dropped and the lid is now broken. There’s no way to fit the springs back into the holes on the lid. I think I’m done with these after this.

Breaks easily
I bought this in the spring but gave it to my kids for back to school. The top broke after the first week of use. The springs are not longer connected so the top does not pop open like it’s supposed to.

the lid snapped off after a few uses (my son has multiple water bottles and we rotate through them so this isn’t a daily use water bottle), customer service wouldn’t help as it was out of return window. very disappointed

Missing ring rubber
Missing ring rubber. It was leaking, my daughter didn’t get a chance to used it. Only used once. I forgot to return it before its 30 Day return date period. It’s kinda wasteful now that it’s just in the cabinet
