L-Carnosine (beta-alanyl-L-histidine) is a dipeptide, consisting of alanine and histidine. It is naturally found in high concentrations in muscles and nerve tissues and its levels are known to decrease with age. L-Carnosine protects cell and tissue structures during the aging process through its free-radical neutralizing and membrane-stabilizing functions. Natural color variation may occur in this product.

I have been taking L-carnosine 500 mg for years Now brand is well worth the money for the product you get and the cost. It does help my memory and also take DMAE at the same time. A very good combination.T

I have been taking health supplements for over 20 years, since I was in my early forties (I'm almost 67). I just started taking l-carnosine a couple of months ago, and this is now my favorite health supplement. I can tell a big difference when I take it.

I've been taking this for about a month and have not noticed any change, this is perhaps not long enough to fully assess the effects of this product, and maybe i haven't been taking enough of it , i will reorder it again
