I put it in the microwave and heat up for 15 seconds to test it out first then it gives me little to no heat. So i put it back and did a reheat for 4 minutes as reheat function is not as intense. Then I heard something got knocked over in microwave so I took a look and the whole bag looked like a balloon. I took it out and cool it down but the bag doesn't look the same anymore. I think it is safe to give people some basic instructions
