Damaged in tiny box and no refund
My cards were sent in a tiny box. Folded over. Called customer service and they said no refund or replacement. Ridiculousness. Bought as a gift and this is completely unusable as a present and I’m stuck with an item that I would never personally use. Buy your cards at a local gaming store. Lesson learned.

Gave me wrong pack
I bought one of these, and one of the Arcanine blister pack, and they gave me two Arcanines instead of one of each. And you can’t request an exchange or anything because it’s trading cards. upsetting.
