Description

Always losing your craft knife cap? Forever stabbing yourself when reaching for a precision cutter? The Slice Never-Lost safety cap solves this problem elegantly and securely. The cap twists and locks into place. This protects you when the blade is not in use and keeps the cap out of your way when you’re cutting. The handle is lightly weighted and balanced, and features a cross-hatched copper grip for superior control. The 10589 is compatible with a number of different Slice blade styles—chisels, craft blades, seam rippers—all of which feature our unique finger-friendly edge. This means they cut effectively but are safe to the touch. This craft knife ships with a straight-edge, rounded-tip blade. As with all Slice safety blades, it is non-sparking, non-magnetic, chemically inert, and will never rust.

Love company's products, recommend.

Love love love this company's products! I use them when working on my stoneware clay projects and my students love them too. Highly recommend they also have good communication and customer service!

Beautiful, perfect, fits well, safe.

This is a beautiful tool. It works perfectly for creating the look I needed in my art. The size fits in my hand nicely. This allows work for a longer time. The safety piece slides over the blade smoothly and stays in place whether opened or closed.

X-acto knives removed, replaced with Slice.

Safety initiatives required us to remove all X-acto knives from our lab - this caused alot of panic, they don't like change and safer tools did not cut the same. I then found Slice products and they love them! Works just as good as an X-acto blade, sometimes even better. The Slice Blades leave a nice smooth cut.
