1 reply from Battat Team team - 8 months ago
Hi Grammie - We are sorry to hear that the packaging on your Our Generation Gourmet Kitchen Set was torn. Unfortunately, as the manufacturer, we have no control over the condition of our products once they leave our factory. We hope that the toy itself wasn't damaged and that the little person that received it is having hours of imaginative fun. If there were pieces broken or missing, we encourage you to take the toy back to Target for an exchange. Sincerely, Team Battat
