Dont buy this
Don't waste your money on this. The door was so difficult to open that we went online to try to figure out what we were doing wrong. You have to mess with the switch to get it the machine to turn on so I'm not sure what's up with that. All in all, a very disappointing product that was a gift to my granddaughter.

Cute, doesnt work
Such a cute concept but doesn’t work. My daughter bought this and loved it, but the washer stopped working after about 15 minutes (if that). So disappointing. I now see per the other reviews that this is a regular occurrence.

Cute - Needs Instructions on How to Use
We thought the machine was broke. Then we realized after twisting the button on the back, that the small pink timer like button on the front has to be turned a certain way to make it spin.

Cute but poor execution
Such a cute idea! But made kind of poorly. My daughter was playing with it we made sure to only put one thing in at a time after a few uses the knob started to break and it won’t spin properly. I would recommend improving it by making it battery powered and a button to start.

Cheap junk
Washing machine was broken within 5 minutes and wouldn't spin after my daughter took it out the box. She spun the dial correctly, wasn't rough with it at all. This is overpriced cheap junk. Don't waste your money.

Not as expected
The accessories are cute and realistic. My daughter is having a lot of fun with it BUT the door is SO HARD to open that she can't do it herself and has to ask me to every single time so I think once the novelty of it being new wears off, it probably won't really be played with. We can only put 1-2 small clothing items in it for it to actually spin. My daughter is using it with her Wellie Wishers who have smaller clothes so not sure if it'll even work with 18" doll clothes.
