Watch out Target shoppers- I was sent a phone case that was damaged during shipping due to their poor packaging. I intiated the return within a day and shipped it back, stating it arrived damaged. Return was declined by their warehouse bots for being damaged. They are impossible to get in touch with, they won't provide any additional information and won't send a replacement. I was still shopping Target and am now going to start going elsewhere due to their poor service.

I ordered a outter box for a iPhone 14 Plus, it was a pretty pink. The case doesn’t fit my phone, it wasn’t a putter for iPhone 14 Plus. I was very disappointed when I received it That’s why a gave 1 star.

I'm sure this case is great, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and am unable to return it. Their website returns require an order number, which I don't have since I did a guest checkout. And their customer service hasn't gotten back to me about it. So now I have an expensive useless-to-me case.
