Attractive but not functional.
This shower curtain stays damp for a long time and has attracted mildew and mold. Unless you wash it very frequently (every week) it smells.

A liner that stays damp and develops mildew or odor isn't the experience we want you to have, and we appreciate you letting us know. Since moisture and mildew can build up quickly in a shower, a few things may help in the meantime: spreading the liner fully open after each use so it can dry, running the bathroom fan or leaving the door open, and machine washing it with a little white vinegar or baking soda. – The Mayzon Support Team

Nice quality fabric but STINKS and got mildew after a month. Immediately after washing it has a terrible smell and does not dry properly. I thought this would be an easy to clean, sustainable choice but it’s gross.

Is NOT mildew-resistant
Do not buy. It says mildew-resistant but within 2 months the lower seam has mildew all along it. The fact that it is made to go into a water environment but yet cannot sustain contact with water just does not make sense.

Beware - Will Get Mold
Initially I was pleased with my purchase because the liner looked high quality & felt nice especially compared with non-fabric liners. But I have to rate this very poorly due to its poor performance because only after about a month of use, the entire bottom hem developed pink mold. I even physically dried the liner with a cloth after each use & used my bathroom vent for about an hour. This did not matter & I can’t even launder the mold away so I just threw this out. Target definitely needs better quality control & should not include mold/mildew resistant in their product when it is obviously not.

Good, but you have to know what youre getting into
We have had it for 5 years now in our guest bathroom. So, you have to understand how this is constructed. The layer facing the shower is plasticized, the layer facing out is fabric. The shower curtain is a nice weight and a visually appealing fabric. It’s much nicer looking than a standard plastic curtain. But the fabric side will hold onto some water and over time, it will start to discolor and get gross. To be fair, I would expect as much from any fabric shower curtain. Regular washing slows this down, but eventually you will need to bleach it. Once done, it looks good as new. This is in our guest bathroom, so due to the less frequent use we did not machine wash it as often as we should. Perhaps more regular washing would alleviate the need to bleach it eventually (honestly, when it was in the rarely used guest shower I barely recall washing it more than once a year). Which would be good as eventually the bleach would deteriorate the plastic. When washing, I have done hot water with good Tide + oxi powder detergent. I do not tumble dry it, I hang it to dry. If this is your main curtain, you have to understand this is going to be higher maintenance than a plastic liner. But I find it much more pleasant to use and am happy to make the trade off. It has become our main curtain for various reasons this past few months, and I am happy with my decision to have bought this years ago. Attached photo is after a wash with some bleach today. Again, it has been here for 5 years now.

The liner looks really nice but mildew starts growing along and inside of the bottom seam within a few weeks and does not clean off with scrubbing. Running it through the wash also doesn’t remove the mildew. If you are dead set on getting this liner, put it in your guest bath where the shower doesn’t get much action.

Very disappointed
It says it’s mildew resistant and machine washable. Mildew started growing within a week and washing, it did not help. I had another shower liner for years and only got a little bit of the red mold but this one turned black very quick would not recommend. It’s in the trash now.

Not Mildew Resistant - Grew Mold Immediately
Grew mold immediately all along the bottom of the curtain even though no mold existed anywhere else in my shower along the tub or even the exterior fabric curtain. Terrible quality. Do not waste your money.

Wonky design
The shower curtain liner has two different sides – one that is a soft fabric, the other side is more plastic. Problem is, it’s unclear which side faces inside the tub and which side face is outside the tub, especially if you’re using it in addition to a shower curtain. Seems like poor design that will easily trap mold if you use this curtain liner.

I’ve had this liner for about a month now and hate it. I’ve had several fabric liners and have never had them mold this quickly. It says mildew resistant, but it’s like it came with it ready to grow and impossible to get rid of.

To prevent the spreading of mold spores it is recommended to wash your curtain regularly and create an environment in which it can dry evenly to avoid a breeding ground for mold.
