    Tastes good but doesn't do anything.

    I’ve been taking these for two weeks and haven’t noticed a difference at all. The selling feature for me was helping to maintain regularity while on a GLP-1 and this has not helped in that category either.

    Did not work for me!

    Didn’t work for me, I was very excited and hopeful to try. I didn’t have many side effects, but after about 2 weeks of taking them I developed stomach uneasiness and nausea. I also did not notice a difference in my bloating, but I do have IBS.

    These work!

    I’m already regular so I love these gummies to up my fiber intake as I’ve increased my protein consumption. I was out of these for about 3 days and I just felt heavier without them. The thing about these gummies in particular is that you don’t think they work but you completely notice a difference when you’re not on them. I feel like these help keep my waistline a bit more trim. I will absolutely keep these in rotation for now on.

    Caused me major gas / reflux

    I had such high hopes for this but when I took them for a few days I had the worst reflux and continual burping that wouldn’t stop. I stopped taking them to see if it would go away and it did. I tried them again and the reflux and burping came back. They tasted very good but horrible after about an hour eating them and continued for a few hours of reflux/ burping.

    Part of my routine

    I was weary about fiber gummies because how well can they be?.....I was proven wrong because I’ve been on the lemme fiber gummies for a month and have started to have regular bowl movement. Always had issues but this has been a yummy and easy way to help my gut. It was easy to right away subscribe so it’s an easy delivery process and I don’t have to think about it. Side note: I’m also trying Lemmes Purr gummies! I’ll leave a review for that one too!
