[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the packaging but wasn’t terribly impressed with the taste of this. I’ve made it a few times to test and it’s bland and tends to be a bit stickier. We’re usually a long grain rice household and thus the rating of 3 out of 5 stars. It absorbs water a bit differently and makes a good sticky rice if that’s what you’re after.

Great brand, great quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the 32 oz RiceSelect Organic Arborio Rice for free from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. I use a lot of Arborio rice because I make a lot of chicken lemon rice soup, it’s my kids favorite. So I was really excited to get a 32 oz jar of it for free. The liquid absorbs into it nicely and it cooks up great in the soup with a soft and pillowy texture. Great brand and grand quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this Arborio rice to make risotto and served it alongside Parmesan crusted chicken for dinner. I used a slightly different version of the risotto recipe than was printed on the bottle, but it turned out great. I love the packaging and that the cap is easy to remove and reseal the jar. The whole family enjoyed the risotto. I will definitely purchase this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love risotto . This Arborio rice cooked perfectly into a Parnassian mushroom risotto. It absorbed the stock nicely do a very creamy risotto. I like the short grain. The container is nice for storing the rice and keeping it fresh.

It absorbs flavors beautifully, making every dish rich and comforting. I’ve used it multiple times now, and the texture comes out consistent every time.
