  • A: You can certainly use this to make sourdough bread. The internal dimensions within the bake tray are 12 x 12 x 6.4 inches. As long as the Dutch oven is smaller than those dimensions it can fit.

    Amazing versatility!

    You need to buy this!! The oven is so versatile from baking pizzas to roasting joints of meat to smoking a delicious rick of ribs. Its size fits enough in to feed the whole family in one cook. Its comes fully assembled and ready to go and heats up fast. I really enjoy this outdoor oven and is a great addition to my outdoor cooking kit!

    Great Addition to Outdoor Smoking and Cooking!

    I have owned this since February 2026. It is the perfect size for smaller meals for just my husband & me. It smokes nice, is easy to use and with all the features, it is quite versatile. The only missing feature is an air fryer mode, but it is not a deal breaker. I have smoked wings, ribs, cooked a prime rib, dehydrated chicken livers and hearts for my pup , roasted vegetables...the list goes on. We are not big pizza eaters, but I am thinking I may give it try as other reviews rave over how well it cooks pizza. Cleaning is a bit of a challenge, but it is a smoker. I typically use Dawn spray, scrub what I can with a scratch free sponge then spray generously with water (unplugged of course) and then heat up to 600-700 degrees and let the heat do its work, much like a self cleaning oven. I leave it on about 10-15 minutes since it takes quite a bit of time to reach temperature. I like that most of the parts are dishwasher safe, except of course, for the pizza stone and the pro-heat pan (I typically use foil to over it for easier clean up). It stores nicely outside on our covered screened-in porch, but we also have a cover over it and it sits on a nice stand I purchased on Amazon. All in all, I love this nice little Woodfire Oven and highly recommend it.

    This is an amazing product. You can do so much with it but our favourite is the pizza making facility. It has brought our family together and we have so much fun making and preparing our own pizzas

    This ninja Woodfire pizza oven is very portable. It’s designed really well. It’s versatile is it to clean it high performing and it makes a really good pizza. It cooks it really crispy and it’s a great product.

    Great Product.

    Love it. We have used it to make some of the best pizzas we've ever had. The smoker has been great for easy pulled pork and smoked chicken thighs. We also use it to cook outdoors during hot weather when we don't want to heat up our house using our kitchen range or air fryer. It was an unexpected gift that has turned into an essential tool for family dinners.

    A machine that has improved our family time

    We just love it. Makes great pizzas but what we love more is that it’s encouraged more family together time too. The kids love making the dough and choosing their toppings.

    Lots of preset cooking modes for ease

    I treated myself to the Ninja wood fire oven and couldn’t be happier with it. A perfect pizza in 2.5 minutes without having to turn the pizza halfway through. A truly fantastic oven for home use.

    Love the ease of the smoke.

    I purchased this over a year ago and love the way it cooks a whole chicken, brisket, and ribs. I will use this little oven before using my larger Traeger pellet smoker. Well worth the money.
