A: Fuel Quantity: Do not overload the fuel. It is recommended to fill no more than 1/3 of the combustion chamber's volume to ensure optimal burning. Heat Monitoring & Adjustment: For precise temperature control, we recommend using an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the pizza stone or oven chamber in real time. Adjust the fuel amount based on temperature readings—add more if heat is too low, reduce if too high.

A: It is normal to have smoke when using. The top of the chimney can be adjusted .You don't need to put too much firewood or charcoal when using it, you can also use anthracite to try.
