Junk. Stopped working after a year of once a month use. Company was informed and they stated “ you can purchase more lotions and creams to join the VIP program , and then we will give you a new unit”

I like that it's waterproof and it's easy to handle

Didn’t work, not eligible for return which isn’t noted at time of purchase

I bought this razor for my husband for Christmas. Nov 3rd. He used it the day of Christmas up until the beginning of March. It died so he charged it. It had not come back on since. I contacted customer service and they said since it was past the 90 day mark there wasn’t anything can do besides me purchasing a new one and getting on some type of plan. Why would I spend more money on something that didn’t work in the first place?? I do not recommend this razor.

It is a game changer and overall very impressive. What you get in this kit is very worth the price and the functionality that you get out of it. It is built well and the built in light comes handy. The buzzer is nice, I like that it charges with a usb-c cable and has a light. I will say the blade seems rather dull on this. It took a bit of time to buzz my neck without a guard on. Overall a good buzzer but will take time to hack through hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the manscaped 4.0 pro refined kit and finally put it to a proper test. The build quality of the unit is excellent. Feels like a much more expensive unit in hand and it has a solid and economic feel to it. The blade is very sharp but not strong enough to clean dense body hair in one straight pass. I did not experience any pulling out catching skin. It does come with two blade guides for different lengths, which are sufficient but I know some other units that come with more guides. Included products which I normally don't use have very faint and pleasant smell. I will be using them. I give it a solid 4/5.
