It disappoints us to hear that you had a hard time rinsing off the product and that it seemed sticky. Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. What you've described is not something we would expect and we are sharing your experience with our Quality Assurance Team. Unfortunately this is usually caused by applying too much of the product. We suggest using less product, about 2 to 3 swipes is usually all you need. It also helps to allow the product to dry before getting dressed. To remove the product, use a soap or body wash without added moisturizers, such as Ivory Clean Bar Soap.
