Our Quality Team assures us that, when mixed with water per the instructions on the new 2X concentrated directions, "Mix 1/8 cup per 1 gallon (1/2 bucket) of room-temperature water. Usually no need to rinse," you'll fully enjoy the results. It's possible the residue you're noting is a reaction between this new solution and the previous one.
