Vibe Heather Grey 10” Gel Memory Foam Mattress in a Box [Ultra Small Package]

Not worth it. Mattresses is denied and deflated on sides of mattress and inflated at a slope. The top and bottom looks to have done okay but at a slope. Contacted customer service about it and about processing a return and was given the run around with different responses. Was told by the first agent that it could be picked up for a return and refund and once transferred to schedule a pick up was told that it needed to be packaged back the way that I received it. Mind you it’s a mattress in a box! So was told I had to figure out how to get it to a store my self in the next 90 days. I bought a bed frame and mattress now I’m out a mattress. Customer service was rude and no help. I made the mistake of not paying attention to the reviews being paid reviews. I spent my own money on this item and I can absolutely tell you that it is not worth it. Don’t do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress was delivered in a box by Fedex. Still amazes me how a queen sized mattress fits into a box - the wonders of technology. Setting up the mattress is not too complicated. The box is well sealed....getting the mattress out takes a bit to remove the packaging. Although the instructions suggest 24 to 48 hours of time to let the mattress expand to full size, it took about 15 - 20 minutes for it to expand to 9.5". We did not experience any funny smell and it looked like it was ready for use immediately. Still, I let it lie overnight to get it to full size. I initially got it set up in the guest bedroom and then moved it to the master bedroom after it was ready. This took a bit of work for me to move it from one room to the other. The heather grey finish makes the mattress look nicer than a typical mattress including the previous mattress it was replacing. I just removed the older mattress, left the old box frame and put this new mattress right on box frame. No issues. I did not have any problems with using the existing fitted or flat sheets which fit perfectly fine with the new Vibe memory foam mattress. The Vibe memory foam mattress I have is on the firm side but laying on it, I can feel the soft top layer foam until it sinks down to the relatively solid firm foam below that provides support. I have been sleeping on this mattress for the past 7 weeks or so and I can say that this is overall, a solid mattress that delivers on its promise. Plus 10 year warranty provides peace of mind.

It arrived in a very well packed although kinda heavy box but was easy to remove. The second it hit the bed frame she was laying on it. It is a firmer mattress then her previous one so I was a bit worried . She’s had it for a little over a month and she loves it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were pleasantly surprised when we received our mattress, and amazed at how quickly it started to take shape after opening the box. I had heard that there could be a strong smell and some off-gassing but we didn’t notice anything like that. We left it to take shape for 2 days and then we placed it on our bed frame. It is firm and supportive while still being very comfortable. I have noticed that even if my wife is sleeping restlessly I don’t feel the mattress moving with her tossing and turning. This is a great, comfortable mattress that both my wife and I would recommend.

When we pulled it out of the box, it took a full day to get to it's normal size. We actually gave it two days to gain full shape. I have been having a lot of neck pain when sleeping on our old mattress (which cost a lot), so was hoping this would help and it does! I really don't have the neck pain that I had with my old mattress. This is definitely a medium firm mattress and the gel memory foams conforms to me and gives me a great nights sleep. I actually ordered another one for the guest bedroom since it is a great price for this. I love the 10 year warranty and hope that it holds up this long!! Don't be fooled with how this comes, or price, as this is a great mattress!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do not let the small box/package size scare you; this will 'fluff'' up to the expected Queen size mattress; its pretty amazing how compressed they were able to make a mattress and yet have it (once aired out) be a standard queen size with no issues from it having been compressed previously. This particular mattress is described as medium-firm and I found that description to be accurate (while a bit firmer than may personal preference). If you prefer a firmer type of mattress, this should fit the bill. As I have not yet used it on a very hot day, I cannot speak to the trueness of the claim about 'sleeping cooler' / reducing heat build up. At 10" thick it will easily fit standard size sheets (no need to buy speciality deep pocket ones). Will work good in my spare/guest bedroom. Ill personally stick to sleeping on my preferred slightly softer mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will forever buy mattresses in a box. They are the most convenient mattresses ever. Easy to get upstairs and easy to suction back up when moving. They are the best and always the best value. The Vibe memory foam mattress is great. The memory foam contours right to my body and I sleep great. Our last mattress was memory foam so we were already pretty comfortable sleeping on it but I know for others it may take a few days to get used to. I also love the fact that if I wake up in the middle of the night I won't disturb my husband. The memory foam really absorbs the motion, which we both appreciate. Overall, it's a great mattress!

We looked at a few mattresses but what caught my eye with this was the fact that the it has 2 inches of memory gel and 3 inches of comfort foam, it’s a really nice bed not stiff or hard! Took about 6 hours to fully rise and the setup was easy. The only downfall is the cooling part, my husband sweats a lot and this didn’t help at all like we thought it would, not much cooling.

The top gel layer is soft and cushions our bodies while the lower foam core provides great support. Our old bed was too soft and we woke up with sore backs, while this new bed is firm but not hard, so we wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go. The cover is soft and attractive. A great bed!
