I like this soap. I generally offer both regular soap and antibacterial soap in my guest bath. Not everyone likes using antibacterial. This soap is only labeled on the outside on the cardboard cover you can remove and recycle. There is NO way to determine what kind of soap it is. I had to make a label! What is Dial Soap thinking?

Just picked this up the other day and can’t believe I’ve been passing this one up. Smells great and easy for my kids to use on their own when washing hands

Cannot use becaused I cannot get the pump to work. I turn and turn, push and pull, and I can’t get it to dispense anything. Is this a defective pump, a test, or some kind of joke? I frequently use pump-style bottles and have never had this problem.

Rather expensive, but a good product.

It leaves my hand feeling super clean yet it’s gentle on my skin. It’s my favorite hand soap.

Smell is stronger than I'd like. I normally buy fragrance free due to cleaner ingredients but at time of purchase did not have that option for this. Not a big fan of the consistency of this doesn't come out foaming like I am used to. Been using 365 version of this will be going back to 365.

The antibacterial hand soap is so harsh on my daughters skin. I wish they would make more of the regular ones. The only place I can find them now is Dollar General.

The soap itself is great, however, what's up with the pump?? After many years of using the regular Dial Spring Water hand soap, I switched to this foaming variety but I can't figure out why the pump only wants to face sideways? I have played around with unscrewing and repositioning the pump cap, but cannot get the pump to face the front of the bottle! This is so annoying and looks ridiculous. Did I get a defective pump? I never had this problem with the regular Dial hand soap pumps. I switched to this foaming bottle because it's easier to refill with the foaming hand soap. My OCD cannot handle a pump that faces sideways! Please fix this feature!

Very disappointed in this Dial foaming hand wash. It's watered down so much, it's difficult to get any lather. I found it to be very drying on my hands. I would not recommend.

I've been using Dial Foaming hand wash since they came out with it. We currently have one in every bathroom and kitchen. The foam is gentle but effective. Non-foam soap can sometimes leave a slimy film on my hands, not Dial foaming - it's the best! The pump always works great and the Coconut Water is my favorite scent, and when I mean scent it's not heavly scented - just very soft, clean, and mild. This is a repeat purchase in our home.
