The original order said full money back guarantee if not satisfied. I bought a special of buy three get one free. I had to email repeatedly because it took months to arrive. When it arrived, the lights on the first package I opened did not work and the materials barely filled the basket. I tried to return and was told must be returned unopened in original packaging. Three of the four had not been opened so I asked for a return address. It took another two months of emails with the company offering to refund 40% of the purchase price. They also said that I had to pay the shipping to China. I said I would take the refund and keep the product. After nine months, I have not received the refund.

The basket is small. The chains for hanging are too short and I will need to use an extension when hanging it. The battery pack is attached on the side and causes the basket to lean. I had to remove the battery pack in order to keep my basket level so it no longer lights up. Other than the above mentioned, it is pretty.

The foliage is sparse and I could see the white styrofoam showing through from the post on my small front porch. I added extra pine needles but have to get a few more small branches to fill it up
