Mrs Claus and Santa are cute but they do no function as advertised. We tried several sets of batteries in each one but neither one moved or played music. I am still waiting for a return shipping label that I requested on 10/09/23. They cost too much to keep when they do not work from day 1.

This is going to be displayed with the Santa Claus in rocking chair, When received it was packaged very nicely. Once the batteries were placed in the music did come on but it did not rock, we had to take the mechanism apart and play with the attached wires to get the rocker to move. It was easy to do, a lot of hot glue was used on the product when it came, so I had to remove some to get the dress and collar to lay flat to look good, all in all I am very satisfied with the product for the cost.

Cheaply made
I returned this product. The rocker is made of very cheap looking plastic and didn't even rock correctly. The rocking mechanism was only on one side, so it jumped and tilted sideways. It was cute, though. Still no word on a refund.

Customer service unsatisfactory. Company return policy very expensive and misleading. Been buying from collections etc. For over 25 years and had not paid for return label on exchange till now. Bad Company policy.

I ordered this to go with Santa for Christmas deco. It is cute but it does not work . Was supposed to rock and play music butit does not do either. I would have sent it back but I didnt have time due to the fact it was very late arriving.

I luvvvv shopping with COLLECTIONS, ETC., especially at Christmas time. Luvvv all their stuff. This Mrs. Claus is adorable. I have the Mr. Santa Claus, too. I have them both rocking away in our front room overlooking my villages. I have COLLECTIONS, ETC. all over our home. Their prices are reasonable, too. Hope you will give them a try. You will be glad you did.
