The ball came collapsed in the box. It also came with a pump so we filled it up and hoped for the best. My son ended up needing to fill it with air before every use and we found a hole in the ball last night. His previous ball has been through a lot more use and has had no issues at all, other than him outgrowing it. We will be returning this one and will be buying a different one.
