My daughter was super excited for this doll, then quickly became upset because the powder in the skirt would not spread out like directions said. We tried for 45 min to spread it out. We decided to just add the water. This is where she became even more upset because the water would not squirt into the skirt. I ended up having to do it and I had a hard time too. The skirt does not stay on the doll. i

But trying to fill the water filled areas of the dress was difficult with the tool provided we ended up using a medicine syringe instead. My girls played with the toy a couple times, but ended up being underwhelmed with it in the end.

I had no idea what we were getting ourselves into purchasing this doll. The details are incredible and she is gorgeous. However the ‘surprise’ is filling up the doll’s skirt with water via a provided syringe for a color reveal. We didn’t read the instructions at first and thus, didn’t massage and spread the powder around before filling. It is a cool concept but felt more like a pain in the butt than fun. My 8 year old hasn’t put the skirt back on the doll since. She says it’s too heavy and now is specifically asking *not* to get this line of Rainbow High Dolls again. Sometimes less is more.

Her clothes and the accessories she came with were great, but an adult definitely needs to help with the activities! The packaging was nice and secure and the doll is actually very durable and a great size for holding. All in all, I say it’s a good product!

She loved taking out all the accessories and making the snowman. It was easy to make, and the glitter was the best part! Our only complaint was the skirt. She didn't love the orange color and decided not to inflate it with water because she felt it looked better as is. My daughter went out and purchased a different doll from the series for her friend so they could play together! Lots of fun!

My 6 year old loved the doll but for her age range, you definitely need to help spread the powder in the skirt and inject with water. She was unable to do this on her own. It took patience for me even because it’s so difficult to shake the powder and evenly distribute in the skirt due to the thickness of the plastic skirt and pleats. If you aren’t careful, the doll will end up with a blotchy colored skirt and color won’t be vibrate throughout. The snowman was cute but too difficult to get the cardboard accessories to stick. Honestly the doll is the best part anyway so just don’t expect a lot from the other features. But the hair is nicely braided and soft. Clothes are well made.

I have never seen anything like it like putting water inside the dress and watching it transform, my little girl was impressed and excited. Although she did need some help from me to insert the water because it takes strength to do so. The details on each piece are beautiful from head to toe. The snowman activity was fun and my 8 year old daughter and 4 year old boy enjoyed it so much that I even enjoyed it. I will definitely be buying the other 3 dolls from her. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL.

It kept her entertained for hours. The doll is beautiful and comes with a snowman sidekick that has slime. The dolls dress also has “snow” where you add water and it plumps up. It was also bigger than I expected it to be. Overall, she said it was the best day ever and it was sooo appreciated. The only bad thing is that she wants me to buy the other dolls and asked Santa for them already! Lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, these Rainbow High Winter Wonderland dolls are absolutely beautiful; from her lashes to her long hair. My daughters favorite color is pink, so Bella was a must have. The snowman making is kinetic sand-like. There is a pack of fine glitter and if not careful it will fly EVERYWHERE. We learned that the hard way. Definitely read the directions. lol The snowman tends to fall apart easily and the faces and accessories don’t stay put. But we still had fun messing with it. Now the dress. I wasn’t sure what to expect. But it’s actually a pretty neat concept. You use the syringe to fill the dress (through a port) and the content inside absorbs the water and expands. (Ever ripped open a wet baby diaper?? …same type of stuff). Filling the dress became a form of water play, as the syringe kept popping off the port when my daughter would try to fill it, leaving me soaked and my daughter laughing. All in all, it was a fun time figuring this thing out. But definitely something an adult needs to assist with. Be prepared to be apart of this project. Afterwards, my daughter decided the dress looked better “pre water” injection. I agree. But what’s done is done. She has still has fun playing with her after the fact.

This doll is a delightful addition to any collection, especially if you’re a fan of the Rainbow High series. From the moment you unbox her, Bella Parker stands out with her soft pastel pink palette, which is both elegant and playful. Bella’s outfit is a showstopper. She comes dressed in a chic faux leather jacket and the attention to detail is very impressive. The only con I want to mention is that the magical snow embedded in her skirt was a little difficult to work with, both moving it around evenly as well as filling it with water. Also, the provided syringe leaks everywhere. Other than that she is perfect!

The packaging was not clear enough that you need to add water to the outfit via portholes to get the dress to puff up and show its vibrant colors. I prefer not adding water to toys due to potential mold, so for me, this was a bit of a letdown. My daughter doesn't realize how this toy was intended and she really likes the doll and dress as is. The colored powder moves around with the doll's movement which she likes. The accessories are ok, but a little underwhelming. The sand is a little messy and doesn't hold the form very well. My daughter seems to enjoy the doll and loves Bella's sparkling hair and pretty outfit. I would recommend this doll with the caveats above.
