The instructions say: "we recommend that all items are assmebled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled." Red flag! The reason for this caution is that if you move the chair or scoot the chair, the seat will fall of. The seat does not attach to the chair frame. It just sits on top of it, and not very securely. Also, assembly of the frame is a big hassle. Buy a chair that's already put together with a seat that is connected to it!
