Angus Beef Petite Sirloin Steak - price per lb - Good & Gather™

Honestly, someone would have to actually pay me SUBSTANTIALLY more to eat this than what I paid for 2 small girl I ins ($9.75). I used them for Mongolian Beef. I VERY THINLY sliced and marinated them overnight in a mixture that included baking soda -- meaning they should have been fork tender. There was SO MUCH GRISLE that I think Im going to ask for a refund and I dont think I've ever asked for a refund from a supermarket in the entire time I've been shopping for myself (late 1980s). I had guests eating over and thank goodness I had two chicken breatss in the freezer to replace this sirloin. It actually looked acceptable in the packaging. The people that butcher and package this meat should be fully embarrassed.... I would go with 80/20 ground beef over these cuts. I wish I'd thought to take a picture of the sirloin cuts in the package and out of the package -- but who actually thinks to do that, especially when you're preparing a meal for guests. It's even worse that you cannot tell from the packaging that it is nearly all fat and even more grisle.

This steak was very delicious and so tender.

Hello, my pup has bladder cancer and this is the only thing I've been able to get him to eat in two days with his chemotherapy treatment. Thank you for offering this selection so that I was able to get him to eat something tonight. 🩷

Hit or miss with these steaks. I guess you can't really tell if a steak is going to be tender or not. But...I lucked out with a package...both were very good and tender. Bought another pack and only had one so far and it was just so-so.

Size is not very big but it’s good for the price
