Quality meats and convenient delivery!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very impressed with these meats. The packaging was clean, clear and secure for each individual product. I had no concerns about quality or shipping conditions at all. Everything arrived still frozen solid. On opening the 85% ground beef it was so fresh looking and smelling. The meat with very uniformly mixed throughout with zero odd contents which I do notice in supermarket purchases. I cooked it in the microwave as my standard taco prep protocol. The meat browned up nicely, was consistent in appearance and rendered the expected amount of fat. The taste was fantastic and the kids agreed. I also browned the ground pork on the stove top and then added marinara to it. It was really delicious and fresh tasting for a quick and easy summer dinner. This was a convenient order service, a reliable quality product and super easy! I received an incentive to write this review.

High quality and well packaged ground meat!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve heard of butcherbox but was hesitant to give it a try. I finally bit the bullet and am so glad I did! Buying meat in bulk tends to give you better quality meat for a better price and this did not disappoint. It comes packaged with dry ice to keep the meat fresh and ready for you- I didn’t feel like I had to rush home and the meat was still frozen when I got home a few hours after it was delivered. I’ve already cooked a few meals with the meat and find it to be high quality and well portioned for my family of 3. I also love that it contains some meat that I otherwise would likely not buy- like bison! I am excited to try out new recipes I received an incentive to write this review.

Excellent taste not gamey and rich with flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this brand of meat since I have bought store bought brands that state grass fed but to me always tasted gamey. This was soooo different the meat smelled great from the moment it was opened until eaten. I tried the sirloin ground beef and since 90 percent fat free I added some butter to the pan/meat to avoid sticking. The meat was seasoned with a simple sprinkle of all purpose seasoning salt It came out delicious with pink in the middle but not forming that weird brown sludge when cooking other grass fed burgers. The taste was delicious and no strange gamey or taste other than rich beef that is both grass fed and finished. I have found from competing brands that they only do one or the other. That would explain why butcher box meat has no weird earthy taste. I can’t wait until I try other products from this brand I received an incentive to write this review.

Butcherbox ground meat variety pack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box was delivered and packed very beautifully! My husband had already had it unpacked in the freezer before i could grab a picture! I made cheeseburger pasta with the ground beef and it is top notch quality! Very little grease browning the meat. I also made turkey burgers and the burger was so flavorful without adding any additional toppings. It was juicy and best quality meat I’ve tasted in a long time! I received an incentive to write this review.
