Box showed up with large gash in it with damage to the frame of the TV. Looks like to Return it I have to drive an hour to the nearest Target store. Why would I bother ordering online when I live out in the sticks. Total waste of time and gas. I would assume there should be an outer carton when shipping delicate TV's

I needed help on setting up an XFinity remote and called the 877 number. I requested a real agent and was paired with Angela. She worked long and hard to get my remote set up in order to use on/off and adjust and mute volume. Angela was patient, clear, and cordial. It took about 20 minutes but she was terrific. When one effort failed, she didn’t give up. This is our second TCL tv. We love the first one and hope this is as useable. Angela got us off to a good start! Thanks.

This tv stopped working 11 months out the box. Company purchased this for raffle in Nov. 2023. I won it April 2024. March 2024 tv went out and will not come on. Did troubleshooting with customer service. Still will not come on. One year factory is passed. Very disappointing it not lasting a year out the box. This turned me away from these products because this one did not last long. Will never purchase TCL because of this.
