If you want to watch your cable channels, don't get this TV.
The TV works great, for what it is. The problem comes in when you want to watch Spectrum or any other cable network. I had to go to Spectrum and get a Xumo streaming box simply to get local TV and cable channels and have to pay for it. Moral is buy a Samsung.

My TV is crazy. Almost every day when I turn my tv on it freezes. It won’t change channels. It won’t turn off. The volume won’t go up or down. I have to unplug it for awhile then turn it back on in order for it to work properly. The speech is off. There’s a delay in the speech. Ugh! I just want to throw it out the 6 floor window.

I rarely leave reviews, and even more rarely hate to have to leave a bad review , but this tv is garbage. I'm VERY tech savvy so it is not user error. The picture goes in and out, sometimes shutting off and back on (just the pic not the entire tv) and other times it flickers and acts like it is changing display ratio/setting on its own (no, it is not set to automatically do anything,so that's not the issue) The sound is also terrible, whether hooked to a separate sound system, or just using the tv internal speakers, the sound rarely is in sync with the video. Langley yet as equally frustrating and disappointing , this smart TV is not so smart. As almost every single review in the App Store says, it is quite literally impossible to get the appto link with your Alexa smart device. It literally never loads and will not work.

The picture is great. If you can get the TV to work. It powers on then it’s a game to get the WiFi to connect. Then it’s the sound. Have to unplug it then plug back in.
