I appreciate the sustainability factor here and will keep using this product but it’s not super soft and is a bit thin. But I think that’s likely due to fewer additives and less processing, which is a good thing.

I love this toilet paper choice. Seventh Generation Recycled Toilet Paper is not only better for you but also the environment. Made from recycled paper this product is great. Superior absorbency and soft as well. I highly recommend this product.

Seventh Generation, you have destroyed your own product and lost a 15 year customer. The bath tissue is now rough, irritating and terribly painful to use. Gone is its softness and nearly 10% of its size. I am actively searching for a replacement brand. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Seventh Generation 2 ply toilet paper works for our family. We buy the individual rolls by the case from our local food co-op. No plastic and enough for a pandemic!

Have you stopped making this fabulous toilet paper? What a shame! It's on your website but I can't find it anywhere. This looks like a very mild form of greenwashing -- keep it on your website but don't really sell it. I notice you still sell this toilet paper in a low density roll, but no longer in the 500 sheet roll.

I was pleased with how sturdy and thick this was. I was able to use less squares for wiping as a result. It's the first natural tp product I've been pleasantly surprised by in 30 years of buying them. No lint and no bits breaking off into my privates.

Yes I did buy your toilet paper a month ago and I love it, if you only knew how badly allergic I am to your competitors toilet paper from the sticky liguid draining from my eyes to the runny nose and severely irritated bottom if you get my drift, since I switched to 7th Generation I no longer have any issues, I had a strong feeling my problem was the toilet paper. The only thing is the 4 pack that I got in the drug store in addition to the claim that it contains no bleach it also said no dyes and ink, I don't see that claim about the dyes and ink on this website which has me very concerned.

For years I have been experiencing intense itching in the vaginal area that often comes with age. Several years ago I thought perhaps I should try another brand of bathroom tissue. I tried a couple of different ones - some were a bit better but still I had to regularly endure terrible problems with itching which resulted in burned membrane tissue and painful urinary issues. Finally a few months ago I came across 7th Generation tissue which was labeled made without bleach so I gave it a try and after all these years and so much agony the entire problem disappeared immediately the moment I started using it! It was the bleach all along. So I highly recommend 7th Generation bathroom tissue to everyone, especially to women like me who have been experiencing dryness and the crazy itching which actually comes from not being dry but from using bathroom tissue that is treated with bleach in manufacturing. I am so relieved and happy that it's completely gone now. I almost can't believe it. I thought I was just going to have to deal with it for the rest of my life. Even OTC ointments didn't work and ever ruined my underwear. Well that's all changed now. What a relief.

I have purchased this toilet paper via subscription from Amazon for probably a decade now. I get a case at a time and it used to be two huge bags each with 24 rolls (48 rolls total). The last two shipments I received had 12 bags each holding 4 rolls in the case and the paper has changed. The print is different, the amount of paper on each roll seems to be less as it’s not rolled as tight as before and it’s just completely different to the touch. It feels thinner. I’ve cancelled my subscription because the quality isn’t the same and the original isn’t coming back. Same thing happened with the paper towels I purchase via subscription on Amazon also for a decade. What a shame. I loved using quality 100% recycled t.p.

We have been purchasing this via an auto-ship service for several years. (Case:12 roll packs )This last shipment was not good and I question whether it is really 7th Generation product. Did you recently change the embossed design on the toilet tissue 2ply ? It is totally different and has an odd smell to it. This case was 4-roll packages, which is not the usual order.

I really want to love this TP. It may be great for most people but to me it's not strong enough. It doesn't hold up at all when it gets wet. And there's not much more frustrating when your fingers go through upon wiping after #2! I'd recommend because it's recycled, but if you need strong, this may not be for you.

This is a bit pricey compared to generic brands, but is more economic safe. I always opt for the more sustainable choice and it is pretty decent quality. It’s not the softest, but that never mattered to me!

I’m not quite sure about this Brand but my entire family have been using bathroom tissue every time and there was no limit for it

It was okay, was scratchy and could have been softer but I'm glad it's made from recycled materials.

These were cheaper to buy then the big brand names and pretty good. I don’t think I’d buy again though

It’s really no question which bathroom tissue to choose when you have sensitive skin. This product came highly recommended from my women’s health physician a few years ago and I’ve been buying it ever since.
