I thought I had a great deal. Then the wrong light fixture arrived. I used the online customer service web portal to inform the company of the shipping error. They requested photos of the product that arrived, which I provided. Now nothing.....several emails sent.....nothing..........requested acknowledgement of receipt of my email and return label, NOTHING. So I'm stuck with a light I did not order and no customer service after multiple attempts. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this company for business.
