Disappointed is an understatement
The absolute worst product I’ve ever used in regards to hair. The temperature gauge button is idiotically placed. As well as the iron itself doesn’t even clamp the hair. If it even gets close to the mid section… hair comes loose. Shame on you all for making this product. Please stop making product ‘pretty’ and start making them useful.

Curls well but smells and broke
I wanted the long barrel as I have longer hair and like to make lose curls. This does do that however it always smells like it is burning and I have even had people ask me about the smell an hour to two after I have curled my hair and I’m out in public. I use the 3rd or 4th setting (never the highest). It has done this since I bought it in Nov 2024. Now the end has come off and it makes it hard to actually curl my hair. I have not been able to get the end to stay on.
