Keep the Warranty
My original 3-4” iron lasted me forever. This replacement died after seven months. Website says it’s got a two year warranty. Keep it just in case.

Terrible placement on on/off button
I think this curling works well for my hair, it is shorter and thin and I feel as though it holds my curls well. My biggest frustration is the location of the on/off button, I hit it often while doing my hair which is frustrating enough that I am returning it to get a diffferent one with better placement.

Worst Curling Iron - EVER!
I would give this product zero stars if available! I've used Conair products in the past but this particular curling iron sticks to my hair even on the lowest heat setting; does not glide smoothly around a small section of hair; actually holds the section in place and will not allow hair to be wound around the barrel.

I have used this curling iron for years and loved it. My old one started to not work so well so I replaced it with this same one. They’ve changed it and it doesn’t clamp my hair at all and my hair slides right off.

Great Tool for the Money
I didn’t have high expectations for this tool, given the low price point, but I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve only just tried it out so my use is not extensive. It heats up very quickly and because I have fine to medium hair I set the heat to 11. I have chin length hair so the 3/4” barrel works well. The hair curled nicely and I found the too easy to use. It has a “turbo” shot which will increase the temp by about 15 degrees for more difficult hair to curl. You then turn that feature off and it goes back to the set temp. Also has an auto shut off for safety. I would recommend this product, especially,given the price.
