Disappointed is an understatement
The absolute worst product I’ve ever used in regards to hair. The temperature gauge button is idiotically placed. As well as the iron itself doesn’t even clamp the hair. If it even gets close to the mid section… hair comes loose. Shame on you all for making this product. Please stop making product ‘pretty’ and start making them useful.

Curls well but smells and broke
I wanted the long barrel as I have longer hair and like to make lose curls. This does do that however it always smells like it is burning and I have even had people ask me about the smell an hour to two after I have curled my hair and I’m out in public. I use the 3rd or 4th setting (never the highest). It has done this since I bought it in Nov 2024. Now the end has come off and it makes it hard to actually curl my hair. I have not been able to get the end to stay on.

Clamp doesn't hold hair
Was hoping to find a good alternative to some of the more expensive long barrel irons on the market. While it checked that box, the clamp only holds your hair from the middle to the top. The clamp does not hold your hair at the base near where your thumb sits. Also, I hit the temperature button almost every time I moved on to a new piece.

Gave me the waves I wanted
I loved the uniform wave the longer barrel gave me. Also it has a longer cord which is awesome but it doesn't have a velcro strap to store the cord. The button placement isn't great but became more aware of it and was able to work around it just fine.

My first long curling iron
I hadn't learned about the longer barrel until coming across this in the aisle. I do agree with the other reviews saying that the clamp is not strong enough. It takes some getting used to and lots of re-curling because the hair does come out often. But with my thick long hair, I do love the long barrell and the heat this thing puts out is grand! Another thing I notice is that I am constantly also hitting the power button which changes the temp, but I just hit it again and again to make sure its on the temp that I want it to be. So yeah, I guess if the clamp was stronger and the button was harder to press, i'd have given it 5 stars.
