The sleeve is super easy to put on and take off, which is great when I need quick relief. It's really good at compressing and stays snug without being too tight. The best part is the cold therapy feature. It targets the exact spot where I feel pain and swelling, and it helps a lot in reducing both. I just grab it from the freezer, slip it on, and I can feel the relief almost immediately. The sleeve feels soft against my skin, which is a nice bonus. It's also very well made. The size/fitting was pretty good. I bit loose on my daughters arm (she very skinny). Nice and soft to use - not like hard ice packs.

Easy to open but just don't throw the bag it comes in away because that is what you use to keep it cool and protected in your freezer. After having it in freeze all morning putting it on the area be it knee or elbow is a great way to relax your stiff muscles. You really feel a nice relaxing cool from this sleeve and it's not so cold you can wear it for more time.

Ease of application is the biggest thing that stands out at me. Very important to measure and buy the right size due to snug fit. I had good results with freezing it and lasted about 15 minutes. It started very cold and then eased up. You can make it pretty warm in the microwave but I felt it did not stay warm as consistently as I would have expected. Great that you have two application with one product. Overall, I like the product.

This could just also be my opinion but putting in the freezer for the time frame it suggest is way to long and makes it to cold to handle on the skin.

I use this after I work out for my arms or legs. I do think they need a larger size. It fits snug. Even though it fits snug I love the cold soothing feel on my muscles. I would recommend this.

I put the sleeves on when the tenderness gets bothersome and it is very soothing. I also intend to try out pickle ball soon and I M suite they will help them too.

It's very stretchy and comfortable. It stays cool for about 2 hours. I recommend it for sore muscles or injuries.
