Bad legs
Holes for the screws that hold on legs are not deep enough. The tv leans forward due to legs not being secure. Returning this.

NOT 40" WIDE
It is only 34.75” wide. The 40” refers to a diagonal measure of the screen from corner to corner. It’s in small print on the box. Probably explains why it was so cheap.

Stopped working after 4 months of use.
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas, today April 4, the tv stopped working that means the tv worked for about 4 months before failing to turn on. I’ve owned many tvs in my life, both expensive and cheap, I’ve never had this happen before. Beyond disappointed.

Wobbly legs.
Had to return the tv. The screws for the legs do not fit properly into the holes on the bottom of the tv where the legs are supposed to be screwed in. I tried serverl times but could not get them to tighten or align properly. When you put the tv on the tv stand, the legs are still only loosely attqched which causes the tv itself to be very wobbly and easily tip over, which is a safety hazard. I woudl not buy or recommend this tv.
