However, the biggest thing I didn't like was that something kept settling to the bottom so I had to shake it every time I took a sip. It was a little odd. But still seems worth it to try because of how much protein is packed in a single bottle.

It's also not easy to get unique protein flavors, but this Lemon flavor is awesome. . 26 grams of protein, easy peasy to get your goals in!

The 26g protein shakes are very high in sodium 420g. The idea of drinking protein is to avoid the sodium. This high sodium kind of negates the whole protein intake idea. The 20g protein shakes are lower (310g) so a bit better.

I was excited to try this new formula with more protein. However, in comparison to the original 20g protein formula the taste is lacking. It tastes like a very sweet sugar free vanilla ice cream, with the after taste of an Ensure. It’s also watery and chalky. Please do NOT get rid of the original formula for this!
