[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair looks exactly as pictured. The outer cover is soft but the chair mattress is firm. Still pretty comfy to sit on! It’s at the right height as well. Shipping took around 6 days. Installing was a bit of a challenge and you’ll need an extra person to help you. We’ll see how it holds up over time but so far so good!

Putting it together was not difficult and it’s a very very soft material and very comfortable. It allows me to cross my legs while I’m doing my make up which is very nice. Overall a very good purchase.

I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THIS BEAUTIFUL AND ADORABLE CHAIR !!!! It is the cutest ever!!! It’s so well made and sturdy. It’s sleek,stylish and modern. It would work perfectly in so many different spaces ! It’s just gorgeous! It’s very comfortable as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot recommend enough! I am definitely a new customer and excited about what else I may buy from them. CHEFS KISS!

The instructions were easy and clear however getting it together was a different story. The pieces were different sizes making it hard to fit the legs in the holes due to the sizing. The screws were barely long enough to get it together. Once together the top of the chair is still kind of flimsy even after screwing it as tight as it would go. It came with everything needed and a video tutorial. Honestly my only complain is it’s not made well
