The consistency is normal mouthwash until you start swooshing it, then it starts to foam so you feel like you really get a full mouth clean. I do feel like it temporarily helped w whitening but you would have to use it daily to maintain. No burning, just yum and clean

I havent used it kobe enough to notice a huge difference but I've used the white strips before so I know this product line is effective.

I think it was a pretty good mouthwash and left my mouth feeling clean and my breath fresh. I couldn’t really tell if my teeth were getting whiter, but they aren’t really yellow to begin with.
