Pattern was great, and the material was a nice sweatshirt. I’ve ordered similar holiday sweaters from target (their own brand) a few times and my dog is always medium. This and the other I ordered this season didn’t even come close to fitting. This was supposed to fit up to a 28” chest but who I measured the actual sweater it was only 19”.

the size chart is super wrong. There is absolutely no stretch to the fabric or the seams holding the ribbing on. (It's straight stitched for some reason) And according to the chart the Small one should have fit our girl with a little ease (loose-ness). We could not even get it over her head.

Purchased size small for my pup that is a 10lb Cavapoo. Shirt indicated it was for up to 20 lbs and I always purchase size small. This was so tight on his chest that I will had to discard. Was very hard to get on and off.
